As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in assisting our customers who have partnered with one of our insurance companies. In this exciting full-time opportunity, you'll work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment where performance is rewarded. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers' insurance needs are met, and they maintain their insurance policy with the coverage they require at a reasonable price.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve their needs quickly and reputed company.

Requirements:
