Job Summary:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

Escalation:

Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Performance Metrics:

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates.

Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications:

Experience:
