As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Schedule and Availability
We're hiring for the following shifts:
- Monday-Friday: 12p-9pm EST
- Saturday and Sunday: 10am-6:30pm
- This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts typically consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts. However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability.
- We offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, recognizing the value and dedication of reputed company members.
Training and Development
