Job Description

We are seeking reputed company Customer Service Billing Associates to join reputed company and provide exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company email and chat. As a Customer Service Billing Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer contacts reputed company to billing issues, and you will work from home as part of our remote team. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Be a member of the Deaf Community and be fluent in Jamaican Sign Language

• At least 3 CXCs or City & Guilds, including English Language (Preferred)
• Valid Government ID (Passport, Driver's License, National ID)
• TRN
• NIS
• Not currently attending school
• Flexible to work any 5 days and any 8 hours on site (Ward Ave)
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a reputed company field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications
• Experience working with deaf or hard of hearing customers
