Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for interacting with the public on an individual basis to reputed company commitment to support our lifesaving mission. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with donors, answering questions, and providing information about our services. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Calling donors on assigned lists to reputed company commitment for donation
- Meeting calls per hour standards
- Following scripts and talking points as directed
- Leaving quality recorded messages with accurate information
- Scheduling donor procedure appointments in accordance with donor commitment
- Consistently meeting reputed company monthly performance metrics
- Recording information in a reputed company, accurate, and timely manner
- Making follow-up and reminder calls
- Answering incoming calls, routing, and assisting callers as appropriate
- Educating donors about automated donation procedures to reputed company commitment for donation
- Maintaining a high level of customer service in reputed company outbound or inbound calls with a pleasant attitude and appropriate follow-up on concerns and requests
- Maintaining confidentiality with regard to reputed company medical and other private donor, client, and business information
- Maintaining and updating donor call profiles through accurate data entry
- Routing medical questions through appropriate channels
- Maintaining a high standard of reputed company and confidence in reputed company communication with donors
- Complying with reputed company applicable compliance, safety directives, and regulations
- Assisting in the training of paid and volunteer staff reputed company needed
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pleasant voice and professional manner required
- One year previous experience in customer service or telemarketing position preferred
- Flexibility to work unscheduled or long hours in response to a crisis or special blood needs
- Ability to effectively communicate to the public over the phone

Compensation and Benefits
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will receive:
- reputed company based on education and/or experience
- $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year

Location
To be considered for this opportunity, you must live in Oklahoma, Texas, or Arkansas.
Days and Hours
This is a Monday through Friday position with rotating Saturdays. You will work 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with occasional flexibility to work unscheduled or long hours in response to a crisis or special blood needs.
