What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class service to our customers through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues, from changing passwords to setting DVRs
- Selling solutions that enrich customers' experiences and meet their needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Who You Are
We're looking for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:
- A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services
- A strong aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues and upselling reputed company the moment is right
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
