Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, patient enrollment, and handling high-volume customer requests. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize arenaflex solution information passage techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system.
- Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.

- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
