Your Role as Data Entry Associate

The Data Entry Associate is responsible for detailed entry of donor gifts and data into the donor database system through a variety of electronic tools and processes. Working with National and Site Development teams, as well as National Finance and Information Technology teams as necessary, this position utilizes various procedures, processes, and innovative technological tools. The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Donor Processing: Ensure donations are entered accurately and timely into the donor database.
• Fundraising lists and reports: Assist the Development team on requests for lists and reports out of the donor database.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Education/Certifications/Licenses: High School diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• reputed company Work Experience: One year of data entry experience required, experience supporting multi-site development, fundraising, and administrative tasks preferred.
• Computer/Software Skills: Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency with reputed company Word and reputed company, donor database software experience strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this role include:
