Job Description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience building, automating and operating large-scale systems. You will be part of an exceptional team of individuals spread across the globe, update formatting working on the most challenging technical problems in EdTech, helping to build systems, tools, and platforms on which reputed company’s infrastructure and applications are deployed and operated. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Support teams.
• Help break down projects and features into smaller, manageable tasks for the team to work on.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining infrastructure in both on-premises and AWS environments, following established designs and guidance from senior team members.
• Contribute readable, testable, maintainable & documented code reputed company making changes to our infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) systems like Terraform, or AWS Cloudformation.
• Contribute readable, testable, maintainable & documented code reputed company managing configuration for our infrastructure through Configuration as Code (IaC) systems like Ansible, or Puppet.
• Ensure systems and platforms relied upon by both external and internal customers are fault-tolerant, highly available.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AWS Serverless technologies and interest in learning and growing in that area.
• Working knowledge of containerization technology (reputed company) and administration of distributed containerization orchestration like Kubernetes (including EKS/AKS/GKE) or reputed company.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Demonstrable experience and curiosity reputed company troubleshooting full-stack production systems (including network, storage, compute layers, and service dependencies such as DNS, DB, etc.).
• Experience with reputed company integration and delivery platforms such as Jenkins, reputed company Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines. 
• A reputed company understanding of microservices, micro reputed company-ends and distributed architecture.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging in cloud-native environments, including CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenSearch.

Additional Information

The expected annual reputed company salary range for this position is: PLN 119,250/year to PLN 198,750/year. This position is bonus eligible.
