Support the Change Initiative Risk Assessment (CIRA) process by assisting CAO business sponsors in completing CIRA and implementing effective mitigations. Issue/Incident Reporting and Remediation : Understand activities and processes executed across each business and proactively identify and document risks and control gaps. This role has an expected salary range of $105,000 - $115,000K for the Chicago, IL market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
