The Talent Strategy and Operations team is seeking a strategic and innovative program manager to drive and activate an integrated skills strategy that aligns to reputed company’s business priorities and future skills roadmap. • Management of the skills-based talent program, strategy, and roadmap to phase the delivery of skills across the enterprise.

You own this if you have...

• 5+ years of experience Human Resources program management or project management experience
• Experience in project management of large-scale enterprise Human Resources efforts that deliver value to the business.
• Experience in the skills-based ecosystem – understanding of skills frameworks, learning platforms, and the Tech/AI systems that support skills.
• Experience in the identification and management of external vendors to support the delivery of enterprise-wide efforts.
• Proven success in using data to influence stakeholders and partners to adopt a specific direction or strategy.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to partner with employees on reputed company levels of the organization.
