Job Summary
As a Sales Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers through live chat or email to answer their queries and sell the value of our clients' products and services. Responsibilities
As a Sales Chat Agent, you'll reputed company a range of tasks, including:
- Assisting customers who are active and lodge inquiries online reputed company our client's website
- Handling incoming queries from customers who are interested in learning more about our clients' products and services
- Closing new phone/line subscriptions, adding in accessories to go with the phone, offering tablets and the latest phones
- Responding promptly to customer concerns, recording and documenting each transaction in reputed company forms of communications
- Adhering to client privacy guidelines to ensure each customer's privacy
- Maintaining regular attendance as required by your position, including working non-traditional business hours, such as holidays, evenings, and weekends as business demands
Qualifications

- Basic math skills, data entry skills, and sales aptitude
- General understanding and experience with call centers/customer service, or sales
- Ability to use reputed company computer equipment and programs being used
- Keen attention to detail, above-average oral and written communication skills
- Strong administrative, computer, organizational, and detail skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor work for accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to deal with customers patiently, tactfully, and reputed company by presenting services to the customer for sales opportunities

- Personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility, and confidentiality in reputed company areas of responsibility
- Strong decision-making skills with good judgment

- History of excellent work attendance required
- Minimum one (1) year Customer Service/Sales with upselling experience required
- Minimum one (1) year experience meeting goals or quotas required
- Minimum one (1) year Call Center experience in a sales account preferred
- Experience in the Telecommunications industry is a plus
- Previous work experience in a Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willing to work onsite
