Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you'll be responsible for assisting Athletes with various aspects of their experiences with our brand, including product inquiries, gift card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements. You'll deliver reputed company resolution with white-glove service, demonstrating reputed company and keeping Athletes updated throughout the process. - Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 12pm-9pm EST

Job Duties & Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting Athletes with situations reputed company to product inquiries, gift card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements.
- Delivering reputed company resolution with white-glove service by owning Athlete issues to the reputed company of resolution, demonstrating reputed company and keeping Athletes updated throughout the process.
- Handling escalated call transfers at a Tier II level support.
- Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving Athlete issues, and escalating issues that require deeper assessment or resolution.
- Quickly identifying and understanding the Athlete's needs and acting with their ultimate satisfaction in mind.
- Working with individual stores and internal business partners to provide support and reputed company resolution reputed company to Athlete issues.
- Executing various back-office functions associated with customer inbound inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of reputed company incident information.

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or reputed company experience (retail-oriented) is preferred.
