Job Summary
The Remote Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for carrying out regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process exchange deal purchases in client profiles and identify/solve discrepancies between arenaflex and fund firms or transfer agents
- Process Corporate Action Events, settle/reconcile move tasks, and process/reconcile reward tasks
- Conduct research and analysis of reputed company/escalated issues and reputed company testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider improvements
- Accomplish tasks in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliations, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account
- Communicate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, reputed company, Expectation, and reputed company
- Represent arenaflex in our daily relationships with fund providers, transfer brokers, converse agencies, and other external business partners
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field
- Strong understanding of financial transactions, including investments, dividends, and transfers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
- Experience with reputed company or similar CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as finance or accounting
- Experience with TD Ameritrade or a similar financial platform
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
- Experience with tax programming and coding
- Familiarity with internal/external system enhancements or concerns
