The Opportunity
As a Customer Experience Representative - Mom & Baby, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation support services to new and expectant mothers. You'll work closely with expecting mothers, MD offices, and insurance providers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. With a focus on four key pillars – customer service, phone metrics, gross profit, and closing percentage – you'll have the opportunity to reputed company a real impact and contribute to our company's success.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Representative - Mom & Baby, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance
- Overseeing orders reputed company for mom and baby items through insurance
- Interfacing with existing customers to determine which products meet their needs
- Presenting arenaflex's services and handling inbound calls/emails from patients to convert them to potential sales
- Contacting patients through outbound phone calls and emails to investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
- Communicating with customers to provide equipment/sizing troubleshooting and reputed company follow-up for services promised/rendered
- Entering new customer demographics and updating changes to existing accounts
- Documentation processing, including verification of insurance
- Order entry and data maintenance
- Other duties as assigned

- Sensitivity to patient care issues and the ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred

- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Starting reputed company: $18 an hour!
