You'll play a vital part in processing orders, tracking inventory, communicating with customers, and resolving order-related issues — all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming online grocery orders using Walmart’s internal systems
- Coordinate with in-store teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Communicate order status, substitutions, or delays to customers via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with order changes, cancellations, or issues related to delivery or pickup
- Monitor inventory updates and flag discrepancies in real time
- Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with Walmart’s service standards
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or remote customer service is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Walmart’s grocery ordering platform
- Experience working in a fast-paced support or order processing environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) is a plus
