CareSource is a healthcare management organization, and they are seeking interns for their 2026 Summer Internship Program in Behavioral Health. The internship offers college students the opportunity to work on impactful projects, gain real-world experience, and develop professional skills through mentorship and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with putting on FUA/FUM Provider Panel
  • Provider Outlier Management
  • Assist with member/provider outreach for Quality Improvement team
  • Assist with research, analysis and reporting
  • Participate in onsite team meetings, volunteering, and various onsite events in Indiana
  • Perform any other job duties as requested

Skills

  • Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Effective listening and critical thinking skills
  • Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
