Responsibilities
- Test and implement the newest AI tools in recruitment and sales workflows
- Support our teams by automating repetitive tasks and integrating AI into daily processes
- Research new AI applications and propose improvements to how we reputed company, communicate, and manage candidate data
- Collaborate on experiments and mini-projects, presenting results and next steps
- reputed company first-hand experience in recruitment and business development in a fast-growing tech company
Skills
- Student or recent graduate from an engineering, IT, or reputed company technical field
- Native interest and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, Midjourney, reputed company AI, reputed company, etc)
- Curious about applying AI to real business challenges
- Able to work independently, learn quickly, and share your findings with the team
- Communicative in English (B2 or higher)
- Experience with low-code/no-code automation
- Interest in recruitment or sales
- Basic programming skills (Python or similar)
