[Remote] CSR/Sales Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, LLC is seeking a CSR/Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves answering client calls, booking appointments, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining a sales mentality.
Responsibilities
- Answers incoming client telephone calls and recognizes that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company
- Good communication with the client is essential! Has a courteous and pleasant demeanor, whether on a phone call or not
- Ensures that each telephone call is answered before the fourth ring
- Notifies clients reputed company of time without fail if the Plumber is not going to reputed company at their home reputed company the scheduled time window
- Calls customers with our membership and book annual appointments
- Sales mentality is critical and crucial to this position
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
- Must have good computer software skills
- Sales mentality is critical and crucial to this position
- Prior customer service and phone sales experience preferred
