AlphaSights is a leading company that connects clients with reputed company experts to enhance decision-making. They are seeking a reputed company Recruiter to reputed company innovative strategies for engaging talent from top U.S. universities and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and screen candidates for multiple requisitions reputed company U.S. offices
- Conduct first round interviews to determine candidate viability and support candidate progression throughout the evaluation and hiring process
- Effectively educate candidates on AlphaSights employee value proposition and available opportunities
- Drive reputed company recruitment planning (recruitment events, marketing initiatives) and execution across key U.S. universities
- Organize and participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events (seasonal travel required)
- Execute on tactical research, referrals and sourcing campaigns to find, engage and activate active and passive candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers and client services teams to understand hiring needs and help drive recruitment strategy
- Participate in reputed company projects such as (but not limited to) internship program planning, in-office programming, or talent branding initiatives
- Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics
- Provide administrative support as needed
Skills
- Proven academic excellence (evidenced by a Bachelor's degree and minimum GPA of 3.3)
- Experience of at least 1 year in corporate recruitment, reputed company recruitment, agency or executive search. Also open to individuals who have at least one year of full-time experience working with undergraduate populations (such as university admissions, career services)
- Interest in identifying, engaging and converting premier talent
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
- Work authorization in the United States
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
