Inside Sales Development Representative
Luminultra is a global leader in applied molecular diagnostics, empowering industries to manage microbial risks. The Inside Sales Development Representative will focus on generating new business opportunities and educating the Municipal & Environmental Water sector on Luminultra's solutions, while managing a personal book of accounts to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quota through targeted growth and effective account engagement strategies
- Accelerate new customer acquisition by owning inbound leads, creating/qualifying sales opportunities, and managing a personal book of accounts with tailored reputed company strategies
- Drive reputed company growth by taking full responsibility for the sales process — identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, handling objections, and closing both new and expansion business
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel prospecting (calls, emails, social reputed company) to generate interest and build pipeline, while meeting or exceeding daily activity expectations

Skills
- 1+ year of relevant sales experience
- Previous experience in industrial environments
- Proven experience cold-calling
- Superb writing, communication, and listening skills with the ability to empathize with the customer
- Results-driven and self-motivated; you have a proven ability to reputed company strong connections and overcome rejection to reputed company results
- A team player who prioritizes ‘we' rather than ‘me'
- Educational background in business, science, or engineering is considered an asset
