Evidence Generation Intern
Genmab is an international biotechnology company dedicated to improving the lives of patients through innovative antibody therapeutics. The Evidence Generation Intern will support drug development efforts by gaining hands-on experience in Evidence Generation programs and assisting with various operational aspects of Investigator-Driven Programs.
Responsibilities
- Participate in successful implementation of Investigator-Driven and Managed Access Programs
- Support different governance meetings to drive and deliver on Evidence Generation Programs
- Support operational timelines and key deliverables
- Facilitate management of study or program proposal lifecycle from submission to study closure
- Support successful management of all aspects of investigator-driven programs within designated program budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to manage, adjust, and revise project milestones as necessary
- Collaborate with EvGen team to generate regular metrics and reports of program activities
- Participate in mentorship meetings and contribute to team discussions on process improvements and best practices
Skills
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in a scientific discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Maintains attention to detail and quality in all deliverables while managing multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of clinical research is preferred
- Demonstrates initiative, a proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Effectively communicates and collaborates with team members, mentors, and stakeholders
