The role involves conducting research, enhancing digital communication, and implementing automated solutions to improve healthcare governance.
Responsibilities
- Independently research and analyze data from internal and external sources
- reputed company with clinicians, employees, and other leaders of the organization to understand perspectives and/or share findings
- Draft deliverables and other project reputed company materials (e.g., meeting agendas, project work plans, action item logs)
- Present project findings and results to internal audiences
Skills
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with digital content creation
- Ability to work independently on reputed company, evolving projects
- Interest in population health and healthcare policy
- Programming experience in Python or similar languages
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies
- Experience with automation platforms and AI tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in healthcare operations and governance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University
- Entering or enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited College or University for Fall 2019
- For IT Intern roles: currently enrolled in undergrad or grad program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to discuss and solve reputed company problems in area of expertise
- Demonstrated ability to create direction and work plans for day-to-day and project work
- Basic knowledge of health care technology and basic business technology
