ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
NAVWAR is a public agency looking to fill anticipated vacancies for the position of Administrative Specialist. The role involves performing monthly account reconciliations, monitoring accounts for erroneous payments, and providing direct support to Government Purchase Card programs.
Responsibilities
- You will reputed company monthly account reconciliation and submit reconciliation packages to the Approving Official for review by required due dates
- You will monitor accounts for erroneous payments
- You will reputed company mandatory sources of supply and obtain approvals prior to initiating purchases
- You will provide direct support to Government Purchase Card programs
- You will assess customer needs and process Government Commercial Purchase Card requests in accordance with policy

- Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning or managing commercial purchase requisitions by analyzing and implementing processes to successfully support the command projects; ensuring regulatory compliance with laws and regulations; providing technical guidance regarding contracting or commercial acquisition procedures; AND analyzing and providing solutions for policy and procedural problems
