You must reside in Florida and be available to work from 8 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving missed visits or missed supplies by reaching out to providers for status updates and authorizations as needed
- Handle reputed company long-term care (LTC) calls from members and providers, focusing on reputed company resolution and answering calls in a timely manner
- Review and correct authorizations to ensure they match the Primary Care Case Plan (PCCP)
- Triage and reputed company calls correctly, attempting to resolve issues before escalating them to a supervisor or other team members

Qualifications and Skills
