Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to potential and reputed company customers
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
• A minimum of 1-year sales experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills, including reputed company Office and CRM software
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
