Job Summary

The reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate is a critical role at arenaflex, responsible for delivering a positive customer experience to reputed company customers. As a knowledgeable and skilled professional, you will be expected to take customer orders, coordinate store activities, provide pricing information, recommend appropriate products and services, and produce reputed company orders. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring production processes, operating equipment, and ensuring quality during and after production. As a leader, you will provide direction to team members, solve escalated customer issues, and assist in the training of store team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service is delivered to reputed company customers
• Manage production flow to ensure reputed company production orders are done right and on time
• Take customer orders, give pricing information, reputed company consultative selling to customers, and recommend arenaflex products and services
• Track and log reputed company production jobs, and ensure quality during and after production process
• Set up reputed company orders and reputed company multiple tasks at the same time
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of customer orders, and ensure communication among shifts

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure, and maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, and report regularly to work and maintain established business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role

• Experience with operating equipment, such as printers and copiers
