Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience, and your enthusiasm, energy, and passion for delivering outstanding service will reputed company a significant impact on our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns, and processing exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience

- Assist with the separation of food items, including raw and pre-cooked meats, and restock consumable items using the first-in, first-out technique
- Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital photo services, banner printing, and selling special photo items
- Take on web order responsibilities, including screening orders in Picture Care and handling requests (pick items) and delivering orders to customers as they reputed company at the store
- Assist with external and internal support by ensuring a perfect, pristine, and deliberate store condition and appearance

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
- Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience with arenaflex
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
