Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Actively listening to and understanding customer needs
• Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing
• Processing new and/or amended enrollments
• Ensuring customers enjoy authentic experiences
• Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Active Personal Lines reputed company license
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
