Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns. Your role will involve:

  • Responding accurately, promptly, and effectively to reputed company forms of customer communication, including phones, letters, and email
  • Resolving difficult and sensitive customer issues in an objective and timely manner, using problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Documenting customer and store information into our call tracking system
  • Promoting a positive company image to support customer service objectives and mission statement
  • Composing personal replies to customer letters and/or emails and maintaining assigned reports
  • Updating customer addresses for the Loyalty Program and adjusting reward points as needed
  • Making sound judgment calls that align with the brand, escalation, and customer service policies for social media customer-reputed company issues
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Utilize problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve reputed company customer complaints
  • Document customer and store information into our call tracking system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Provide support for monitoring social media platforms to respond to customer comments/questions and encourage a higher level of engagement
  • Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers, Store Managers, and Home Office personnel to resolve problems and answer questions
  • Compose personal replies to customer letters and/or emails and maintain assigned reports
  • Update customer addresses for the Loyalty Program and adjust reward points as needed

Qualifications

* 1-3 years of retail customer service or call center experience and proven conflict management skills

  • Typing skills
