• * Monitor and resolve catalog discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and product listing errors promptly.
• * Conduct regular audits of the catalog to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and e-commerce best practices.
• * Analyze catalog performance metrics and customer feedback to suggest improvements and drive higher conversion rates.
• * Stay updated on industry trends, digital merchandising tools, and competitor catalog strategies.
• * Support the implementation of new catalog management software and processes as needed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a reputed company field preferred.
• * Proven experience (2+ years) managing online product catalogs, ideally reputed company e-commerce or retail sectors.
