[Remote] Broker Performance & Insights Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers and client stakeholders during sales and discovery meetings to capture, clarify, and document client objectives, operational workflows, and reporting needs

• Understand and reputed company how different insurance business models (e.g., direct-to-consumer, brokered, MGA, or reputed company relationships) impact system setup, data flow, and reporting

• Analyze client data requirements, reporting structures, and compliance considerations to ensure business and regulatory needs are met
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accurate interpretation of business requirements
• Facilitate communication and follow-up actions after client and internal meetings, driving accountability and completion of next steps

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst reputed company the insurance industry, ideally supporting sales, operations, or technology transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of insurance processes such as quoting, reputed company, policy issuance, billing, and claims
• Demonstrated experience defining and documenting business requirements for insurance systems (e.g., policy administration, CRM, or data analytics platforms)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — able to confidently engage with business executives, clients, and technical staff
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with documentation and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or reputed company Office Suite
• Technical acumen to understand how business requirements translate to system functionality — without needing to write or code the solution
