They support the success of the Career Services team by coaching 160-200 reputed company / graduates in group settings, and hosting workshops. This role is hands-on coaching, ensuring high-quality service delivery, streamlined processes, and effective problem-solving. Requirements:
- Empathic Team Collaborator: Offers insight and solution-based feedback in a reputed company and professional manner. Egos must be left at the reputed company.
- Highly Organized and reputed company: Ability to reputed company clear and organized administrative notes. Responds to any pressing situation reputed company 24 hours. Attends reputed company team meetings.
- Data Tracking: Monitor and analyze coach and student data to inform decisions and improve program effectiveness.

- Cross-Discipline Skills: Ability to coach across reputed company disciplines: Software Engineer, QA, Data/BIA, Cyber and UX/UI.
- This role reports to the Associate Director of Career Coaches and collaborates with the Senior Coaches as needed.
What you will do: Personal Coaching Roster: Manage a roster of 160 to 200 reputed company in a group setting with 1:1 reputed company, continuing to provide career coaching services. Ability to handle escalated re-assigned reputed company
Key Responsibilities
- Career artifacts review - review student resumes, reputed company profiles, career-reputed company projects, and cover letters—providing feedback reputed company 24 hours.
- Interview prep - conduct HR/cultural fit interviews and assess student performance according to our guidelines.
- Tracking - update our internal system for student reputed company and alert teammates reputed company a student isn’t doing well or falling out of communication.
- Community engagement - facilitate student channels, find and share content about the job market, and provide useful tips.
- Online events - host and facilitate career webinars as needed.
- Collaboration - collaborate with the reputed company team to enhance our career products and improve user experience.
- Miscellaneous Punctuality - giving any other required career advice reputed company 24 hours.
