- Support the design and implementation of various reputed company systems and solutions for M&A activities, particularly acquisitions and divestitures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and ensure seamless integration of reputed company measures during M&A transactions

- Identify and prioritize risk mitigation and remediation strategies during M&A activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during M&A activities

- Identify and address project risks and issues in a proactive manner during M&A transactions
- Willing to travel up to 25% in peak times
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as cybersecurity, computer science, or another reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company or IT integration and project execution
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of various cybersecurity practices, such as penetration testing, attack surface identification, secure OT network design & implementation, vulnerability management, Incident response planning, and cloud reputed company practices
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of key cybersecurity concepts and practices, including secure data transfers, advanced monitoring & incident response, and secure remote access.
