As a Customer Care Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing and ancillary departments by providing receptionist and clerical services, managing supplies, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Care Technician to join reputed company at arenaflex. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and compiling patient records, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for managing supplies, including inventory, replenishment, and documentation. Key Responsibilities:

* Establish, inventory, and replenish adequate supply levels, including exchange and parcarts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments.

• Document reputed company supply replenishment performed, including issues/credits, patient care equipment, and charges.
• Process patient and supply charges for interfacing and dayclose activities.
• Monitor, rotate, remove, and document reputed company outdated and overstocked supplies, checking for any damage to items.
• Enter supply replenished par level forms, including par, Pyxis inventory, or exchange carts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments.
• Verify inventory and control levels for reputed company nursing and ancillary departments.
• Physically stock and pick needed supplies for delivery to nursing and ancillary departments.
• Promote the mission, vision, and values of arenaflex, and abide by service behavior standards.
• reputed company other duties as assigned.
• May be required to float to other departments (reputed company scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.
• May be required to be reputed company on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift and transport objects and office supplies, bend, kneel, and reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications:
