Job Summary

As an Associate, Customer Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving reputed company growth and expanding arenaflex's customer reputed company. You'll be responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our products or services to customers, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing reputed company. Key Responsibilities

As an Associate, Customer Acquisition Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working reputed company a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to reputed company your reputed company-based quota by selling renewals/services, may offer up-sell opportunities
  • Providing accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast
  • Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements
  • Initiating steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage
  • Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers
  • Managing a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound
  • Working with your team and management to provide a professional experience during reputed company interactions with customers and prospects
  • Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure reputed company relevant data is captured
  • Undertaking sales motions which might include reputed company qualification, reputed company conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing reputed company
  • Working with a team and reporting directly to a Sales Manager

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in high-volume calling

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
