As a Senior Statistics Architect on our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistics Architect to join our Customer Listening Team and reputed company the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. As a key member of reputed company, you'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and our Agile team in Technology to design, reputed company, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs and requirements

• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• reputed company and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies

• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
• Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks
