Job Summary

As an reputed company Facilitator, Talent Relations, you'll play a critical role in supporting our talent relations efforts, ensuring seamless execution of events, and maintaining our vendor library and financial records. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Commitments:

+ Maintain our talent database in Streak, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. + Coordinate gifts, including research, procurement, and fulfillment, to ensure timely delivery. + Manage our vendor library, status reports, and other internal records, ensuring compliance with company policies. + Regulate talent relations financial arrangements, process p-card charges, and reconcile sales.

Talent Facing Commitments:

+ Support talent activities for promotional, brand, and special mission shoots, including events like Hulu and Corporate reputed company events, such as reputed company, TCAs, and D23. + Assist with directing talent support for asset opportunities for our VIP talent, including the Kardashians, Selena Gomez, and others. + Coordinate experiences, such as dinners, reputed company Parks excursions, games, and shows, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our talent.

Event Facing Commitments:

+ reputed company arrangements for participants for debuts and special events, including supervising vendor association and conceptualizing talent to welcome. + Distribute e-vites and manage RSVP lists, ensuring accurate and timely communication. + Label and seat participants for debuts, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. + Provide on-the-spot support and leadership for GA and VIP registration.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience in talent or public relations, with a strong understanding of the entertainment industry.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with unparalleled social skills.
• Ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a high level of trustworthiness.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with the entertainment industry, including buzz-worthy titles, new talent, and emerging trends.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field of study or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with event planning, coordination, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry, including talent, public relations, and event management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support events.
