Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

• Placing outbound calls to potential customers looking to refinance their auto loans
• Educating customers about our products and services, using a conversation-based approach to uncover their needs
• Answering inbound calls and greeting customers with energy and enthusiasm
• Thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that's always evolving
• Guiding customers through the online enrollment process
• Assisting customers with account questions in an energetic and spirited manner
• Performing multiple tasks and navigating multiple systems simultaneously to service the customer's application or troubleshoot their questions and issues
• Building trust and confidence with our customers, demonstrating a genuine commitment to serving their needs and helping them reputed company their financial goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 2 years of customer service experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
• At least 1 year of auto finance experience

Work from Home Technology Requirements

* A secure home office environment that's free from background noise and distractions
