Job Summary
As a Customer Service reputed company II, you will be responsible for providing first-level problem resolution to member, provider, and broker inquiries reputed company telephone, email, and electronic channels. You will use your knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information, resolve issues, and educate customers about our various programs. Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits
