Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Processing Product Complaints: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner * Maintaining a Positive Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable * Updating Databases: Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information * Escalating Issues: Identify and escalate issues to appropriate levels as needed * Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of customer and proprietary information by following established procedures

Qualifications

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with: * High School Diploma or Equivalent: A strong foundation in education and a willingness to learn * At Least 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of resolving issues and delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to Work a Hybrid Work Schedule: Flexibility to work a combination of office and remote hours, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules
