We are seeking a strategic and reputed company Global Business Process reputed company (GBPO) to reputed company the transformation and optimization of the Record to Report (R2R) process across the enterprise. This role is central to enabling reputed company S/4HANA capabilities, driving enterprise-wide standardization, and ensuring seamless integration across business and IT. This role bridges business strategy and technology execution, ensuring that global processes reputed company operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment to YETI’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate brings experience in global process leadership, ERP transformation, and stakeholder influence, with a strong enterprise-first reputed company and a track record of delivering measurable operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Own key decisions for the global design, governance, and reputed company improvement of the end-to-end Record to Report process, including general ledger, financial close, reporting, and compliance.

Define and implement future state processes, reputed company;/span> templates, and decision frameworks for transportation management, warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics execution.
Serve as input authority for system configuration and data governance
Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and IT teams to harmonize processes and drive adoption of best practices.
Influence senior business and IT leaders to align on transformation priorities, change management strategies, and process governance.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process performance, financial accuracy, and business impact.
Serve as the voice of the business during design and testing
Drive change management, training, and communication plans to support global rollout and sustainment.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP).
Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in finance operations, business process ownership, or ERP transformation, with a focus on end-to-end Record to Report.
10+ years of management experience
Extensive experience with end-to-end financial processes including tax, treasury, accounting, plan to reputed company, and reporting & compliance.
Deep expertise in reputed company S/4HANA Finance modules (e.g., FI, CO, Group Reporting), data models, and integration frameworks.
Proven success leading global process design and ERP enablement initiatives.
Enterprise-first reputed company with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, reputed company for effective process management, and reputed company teams
Strong understanding of end-to-end R2R lifecycle, including journal entries, period-end reputed company, consolidation, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to influence across business units, geographies, and IT functions.
Experience with process governance, performance measurement, and reputed company improvement.
Preferred reputed company S/4HANA certification or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
