Account Coordinator - Life Science & Digital Health

Newfront is building the modern insurance experience, focusing on enhancing how clients engage with insurance. The Account Coordinator will coordinate internal service processes for commercial property and casualty clients reputed company the Life Science & Digital Health Practice, ensuring exceptional service and support for transformative client endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in account management and brokerage services for Property & Casualty insurance clients in the Life Science, Digital Health and Telemedicine verticals; including, but not limited to, Products Liability, Medical Professional Liability, Commercial Property & Auto, Workers Compensation and Cargo Stock Throughput insurance placements
• Manage successful outsourcing of workflows including, but not limited to, certificates of insurance, auto identification cards, summaries of insurance, policy checking, exposure collection and annual policy audits
• reputed company database file management and input information accurately; manage and maintain documents in the agency management system
• Manage client account billing, including the invoicing of annual renewals and mid-term policy changes
• Manage documentation and correspondence from various reputed company websites and other resources
• Prepare, review and assist in the preparation of client communications and deliverables, such as renewal strategy and proposal documents and client stewardship reports
• Monitor and manage the process of client information, new business, renewals, endorsement, reinstatements and cancellations
• Prepare, monitor and resolve billing discrepancies and reputed company reconciliations
• Execute consistent and accurate data, information entry and maintenance in various systems including reputed company reputed company, OneDrive, etc
• Execute consistent and accurate database and document management processes and workflows
• Coordinate and own the renewal process workflow for successful, timely execution
