Financial Services Representative
Charles Schwab is a leading financial services firm committed to helping clients own their financial futures. In this role, you will educate clients about investment strategies and market mechanics while advocating for them through reputed company issues. You will also participate in the Schwab Service reputed company to obtain necessary licenses for your career in finance.
Responsibilities
- Learn to educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices
- Engage with clients reputed company answering inbound calls, taking ownership, and tackling reputed company issues to offer the best possible solution
- Attend the Schwab Service reputed company, which provides reputed company, study time, and support to obtain Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses
Skills
- Ability to work 8:00am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday during Schwab's training program, on-site
- After training is complete, ability to work assigned shift to accommodate business needs to include evening, overnight, and weekend options
- Previous customer service or client relationship experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Passion for providing service to clients
- Motivation to learn about the securities industry including the basic principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactions
- Robust communication to include influencing and client engagement skills
- Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Demonstrated success navigating multiple computer applications
