IT Support Engineer
reputed company is a global leader in experience analytics, and they are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic IT team. This role involves managing IT support for US operations and acting as a key reputed company of contact for employees worldwide, ensuring effective resolution of technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to reputed company employees globally reputed company our ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes, including setting up and configuring new employee workstations and accounts
- Maintain IT inventory for the US scope, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals
- Collaborate with senior IT team members to escalate reputed company issues and contribute to larger IT projects
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and best practices
- Participate in IT training sessions and reputed company learning to stay updated with new technologies and industry trends

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS), and common office applications (reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Workspace)
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools
