Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow and support small accounts reputed company an assigned region. The role involves generating new opportunities, re-engaging inactive customers, and ensuring high-quality service for smaller accounts.
Responsibilities

- Product Education & Consultative Selling – Providing concise, impactful explanations of how your product solves their specific pain points

- Pricing & Promotions Management – Ensuring smaller accounts get optimal pricing and incentives while maintaining profitability

- Closing Deals Quickly – Using a purchasing process, making it easy for customers to say 'yes.'

- Data-Driven Sales Optimization – Leveraging CRM insights and sales metrics to refine strategies and maximize efficiency

Skills
- 1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in a medical or B2B environment
- Strong phone reputed company with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly
- Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls and multitasking
- Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
- Experience using CRM and ERP tools; reputed company Office proficiency required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
