[Remote] Account Manager- SMB
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a TLV-based startup focused on improving the work experience for deskless employees worldwide. The Account Manager will be responsible for expanding the customer reputed company and increasing reputed company through upselling and cross-selling, while collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- The Account Manager position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle, managing your own account pipeline and contributing to the team's pipeline
- Becoming a product expert
- Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities
- Be the face of the company – reputed company is reputed company for our outstanding customer service and approach
- Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Influence the product based on customers' demands and needs
- Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Initiative, independence and ownership
Skills
- One year of experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive at a SaaS company - MUST
- Energetic, positive, and motivated - MUST
- Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to interact with individuals at reputed company levels in an organization
- Ability for self-learning and highly independent
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to reputed company in a high-pressure and busy work environment
- Working remotely from 9:00 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday
