[Remote] Home Inspector (Salary $50-$75k)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a residential real estate investment company founded in 2001, and they are seeking a Home Inspector to reputed company due diligence inspections on properties acquired by the company. The role involves assisting with construction and settlement tasks in the field.
Responsibilities
- reputed company due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs needed
- Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
- Assist construction and settlement teams with asks that need to be completed in the field
- Ensure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos of the construction process
- Inspect homes on a daily basis to ensure reputed company is being made
- Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material
- Deliver any necessary equipment to houses
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Great communication skills
- Computer skills
- Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA
