[Remote] Music Client Services Specialist

The Client Services Specialist will provide client support for label clients using the Label reputed company platform and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth distribution operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients reputed company email, and live chat
- Assist customers with platform questions, troubleshooting and general distribution inquiries
- Answer product-reputed company questions and provide information about our music catalog, releases, and promotions
- Handle customer complaints and escalate reputed company issues to management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, new music releases, and upcoming events to provide informed recommendations to customers
