Sales Development Representative
Monotype is a leading company recognized for its innovative design solutions, specializing in typefaces and font technologies. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to engage potential customers, qualify leads, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance reputed company reputed company efforts.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (primarily by email & phone)
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for our Account Executives
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve reputed company reputed company efforts
- Focus on the value that Monotype brings to an organization by understanding the pain points that prospective customers are currently experiencing
- Pass qualified opportunities to Americas new business Sales team, based on established rules of engagement
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company customer interactions in our CRM system
- Learn the ins and outs of our products and the creative SaaS space to confidently speak with prospects
- Continuously improve by testing reputed company strategies, sharing feedback, and participating in team training sessions
Skills
- 6+ months in a customer-facing or service role (retail, hospitality, support, etc.)
